Auntie Anne’s Pretzels®, everyone’s favorite pretzel shop, is now open in Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.  The new shop is located in the Airport’s Terminal 2 next to Gate E12 in the concourse that serves Southwest Airlines and Air Tran Airways. The new shop was developed in partnership with global restaurateur HMSHost.

“We’re excited to partner with HMSHost in adding Auntie Anne’s to this vibrant and busy concourse at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport,” said Brian Boycan, Vice President of Non-Traditional Development for Auntie Anne’s.

Auntie Anne’s is known for its delicious hand-rolled soft pretzels and freshly baked treats. Some favorites on the menu include the all-time favorite, the original salted pretzel, along with other popular flavors:  jalapeno, raisin, and garlic. The shop also serves all-beef pretzel dogs of many sizes. The Airport location will also serve breakfast items including bacon, egg and c heese on a pretzel bun.

“We think Auntie Anne’s is a well-known, proven concept that really addresses recent customer feedback for more alternatives to full service dining in Terminal 2,” Lambert Director Rhonda Hamm-Niebruegge said.

Auntie Anne’s is the fourth new food and beverage concept to open at the Airport in the last 14 months; three of those are in Terminal 2. It’s part of a focus to update menus and introduce fresh concepts that are in more demand by today’s travelers. The other recent openings include St. Louis Brewmaster’s Tap Room (E24), Grounded in St. Louis (A9), and Eighteen|76 (E10). A fifth restaurant, a new Pasta House/Schlafly’s concept, will debut early next year in Terminal 2 across from Gate E6.

HMSHost currently operates Auntie Anne’s in four US Airports (Boston, Chicago, Columbus and Nashville).
