MetroLink Trains will be out of service to and from Lambert-St. Louis International Airport on February 23 and 24 so crews can finish construction on a new rail interlocking near the UMSL South MetroLink Station.

Metro customers will be transported by bus shuttles to MetroLink stations between the Airport and the Wellston MetroLink station during the construction. Airport passengers can expect 10 to 15 minute delays beginning at 10 p.m. Friday, February 22.  During the MetroLink service shutdown at the Airport Saturday and Sunday, MetroBuses will pick up and drop off passengers at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Signs will be in place to notify passengers of the detour to the temporary Metro shuttle pick up zones this weekend.

Airport Metro passengers should allow for an extra 30 minutes for their commutes Saturday and Sunday.  Metro has provided full details about the temporary MetroLink service changes. Click here for more information.

Regular MetroLink service will resume by the start of service Monday, February 25.
