Lambert is transforming its restaurant and retail scene as part of the Lambert Advantage Program. This campaign is offering more amenities, choices, and services for passengers and other airport users. The construction of the new shops and restaurants is being coordinated with the Airport Experience renovation projects beginning July 2008.
Brioche Doree
Status:Opened May 2009
Location: West end of the Ticketing Level, Main Terminal.
Concept: An upscale French Café, serving everything from bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and lattés, to fresh-hot soups and deli sandwiches.
2nd Location: A Concourse, Mid-Summer 2009
Missouri Vineyards
Status: Opened May 2009
Location:West end of Ticketing Level, Main Terminal
Features: Missouri wines, full bar, small plate appetizers, seafood salads, soups and sandwiches.
The Pasta House Co
Status:Opened Nov. 2008
Location: Lower-Level, Main Terminal
Featurest: Full service bar, full service dining and a quick service counter featuring all freshly made menu items. Customers can choose freshly made appetizers, like meatballs and toasted ravioli. There’s a wide range of soups, sandwiches and pizza. And of course, there’s pasta with choices like Penne Primavera, Fettuccini Alfredo and the 12-layer Lasagna al Forno. Entrée selections include both fish and chicken dishes.
Xpress Spa
Status: Under development
Locations: Concourse C near gate C-15 and Concourse E near gate E-18.
Concept: XpresSpa offers premium class services such as body
massages, manicures, pedicures, facials and waxing. XpresSpa will also retail personal care products in various categories: bath and body, nail care, spa therapy, decorative soaps and massagers.
Completion: Late 2008
InMotion
Locations: Concourse A near gate A-8; Concourse C near gate C-18; Concourse E near gate E-18.
Concept: In Motion features the latest in video and audio equipment, DVD players and movies, and access to digital downloading of literature materials onto electronic devises. In Motion will also sell books, magazines, and newspapers.
