Compliance Resources

The Business Diversity Development (BDD) department is committed to providing minority and woman-owned businesses with access to contract opportunities that will enable them to realize economic benefits.

We are responsible for monitoring compliance with Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)/Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs as well as the local Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) programs on all of our contracts at the Airport (e.g., concessions, general services, construction, and professional service agreements).

All current contractors, vendors, and subcontractors need to submit reports through our online reporting system as part of the compliance process. This allows us to more effectively and efficiently provide certified firms with a level playing field to compete for business at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
