Back in Blue: STL Photo of the Week

Posted on May 31, 2019 in Photos

After tying the series with an overtime win in game two of the Stanley Cup finals against the Boston Briuns, the St. Louis Blues made their way back to St. Louis via St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) on Thursday, May 31. Fresh off the ice, Colton Parayako, Vladimir Tarasenko, and Carl Gunnarsson step off the plane and onto the tarmac to face reporters gathered to welcome them back home for games three and four of the series. While the arrival of St. Louis Blues was a pretty special one, every other arrival at STL is just as important. STL welcomed over 15.6 million travelers and visitors in 2018 and we’re on pace to surpass that number in 2019. Airlines have added destinations, additional flights to existing routes, and larger aircraft to meet demand all thanks to you.
