How to report mask violations at STL

There is now a way for passengers to make their concerns heard if a business or employee isn’t wearing a mask at the Airport

As of July 3, St. Louis City and County made masks mandatory in all public places. By following these health orders, all employees and passengers at STL are required to wear a mask/face covering during the COVID-19 pandemic to help slow the spread of the disease.

Because safety is priority #1, the Airport has created an online form to report violations by its businesses and/or employees so they can be addressed and followed up on. The Airport will take action to enforce compliance in order to enhance the health and safety of passengers, employees and workers.

Anyone who files a report should provide the following information:

  • Name of company, service or employee
  • Date and time of the violation
  • Nature of the violation

While passengers and guests of the Airport must also wear face masks, this form is meant only to report businesses and employees. STL is working on other steps to enforce these orders for passengers.

STL expects all employees and passengers to modify behaviors and follow guidelines designed to keep themselves and others healthy and safe.
