STL installing new LED lighting in Lindbergh Tunnel

Project requires lane closure affecting traffic
ST. LOUIS (Dec. 31, 2020): St. Louis Lambert International Airport will begin installing new LED lighting in the Lindbergh Tunnel Monday, January 4. The weeklong project requires the left lane of the northbound cell to be closed each day until 2:30 p.m.
Safety crews will begin setting up for the lane closure each morning at 9 a.m. During this time, the tunnel’s digital message boards will relay the current closure to drivers using Lindbergh.
If an additional day is needed for any uncompleted or delayed work, Friday, Jan. 8, has been selected as a contingency workday (see schedule below).

Wednesday Jan. 6 Northbound Cell Left Lane Closed
Thursday Jan. 7 Northbound Cell Left Lane Closed
