Airport Information & Paging

Airport Information Services is happy to assist travelers by phone between 7 a.m. and 12 a.m. (midnight) daily. Call 314-890-1333.

Terminal 1 Information Booth is staffed daily between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. It's located between carousel 4 and 5.
Terminal 2 Information Booth is staffed daily between 8 a.m. and 12 a.m. It's located near T2 Exit 14.

The Information Booth provides paging services and assistance to airport visitors with questions regarding baggage claim locations, ticket counters, meeting areas, ground transportation, directions, hotel shuttle services and more.

Lost & Found

It can definitely be stressful when something personal gets left behind.  Don't worry, we're here to help.

The St. Louis Airport Police Department maintains a lost and found section. Inquiries may be made Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 4:00pm, Central Time, at (314) 890-1370. The TSA also recovers lost items. Visit the TSA Lost and Found website to file a report about a lost item that may have been recovered by the STL TSA office. The STL TSA office will then be in contact with you. It is recommended that passengers with lost items contact the respective Airlines as well.
