Location Information
St. Louis Lambert International Airport has three Free Speech Booths located in the terminals. Booth “A” is located in Terminal 1 near A Concourse; Booth “C” is located in Terminal 1 near C Concourse; and Booth E is located in Terminal 2 near E Concourse.
Attached are the “Rules Regulating Time, Place and Manner of Expressive Activities, Literature Distribution and Solicitation in Unsecured Areas of St. Louis Lambert International Airport” (“Rules”). Also attached is an on-line application for requesting a booth. Finally, attached is an on-line complaint form for reporting any concerns or complaints about the Free Speech Booths.

The Airport Authority advises that you may be approached by persons seeking money donations or petition signatures or distributing literature.
The courts uphold such activities based on the constitutional right to freedom of speech.
The Airport Authority does not endorse the opinions or positions of the users of the Free Speech Booths.
