Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement
The Office of Business Opportunities (OBO) performs compliance monitoring and enforcement on all Airport contracts to ensure maximum participation of all small businesses and enforce prompt payment mechanisms.
As a recipient of federal assistance OBO is required to collect and maintain information on its contracts, track and monitoring prompt payment to all subcontractors and report prompt payments concerns to our operating administration.
OBO utilizes an online reporting system known as the Certification and Compliance Management System.
