Delta Air Lines Starts Non-Stop Service To JFK From STL

Posted on September 8, 2025

STL is now linked with America’s most connected airport for international flights

ST. LOUIS, MO (September 8, 2025): Starting today, Delta Air Lines begins non-stop service from St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) to John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).  This direct service to JFK enables passengers to use AirTrain JFK as a fast and easy way into Manhattan. It also offers international travelers a range of airline options.

For this service, Delta will operate a daily flight into and out of STL, seven days a week. The flight will depart JFK at 2:15 p.m. and arrive at STL at 4:00 p.m. The flight then returns to JFK with a scheduled departure at 4:40 p.m. and an arrival time of 8:08 p.m. This new Delta service will provide travelers from our region with convenient access to Delta’s global hub at JFK, where customers can connect to more than 200 destinations in over 80 countries worldwide. For those heading into Manhattan, it’s just 10 to 15 minutes on the AirTrain JFK from your terminal to the Jamaica Station. From there, the Long Island Railroad to Penn Station or Grand Central Station takes just 20 minutes.

In recent years, Delta Air Lines has been the third-largest airline operating at STL, according to the airport’s market share data—Delta last operated service from STL to JFK in 2015.
