First Tile: This week workers started laying custom fabricated porcelain tiles for a major art project being installed near the C Concourse. The airport is working with internationally-acclaimed artist Sarah Morris on a new commissioned piece titled The Building as a Pretext [Sound Graph]. It is funded entirely with private funds through STL’s Art of Travel program.
