Office of Business Opportunities (OBO) at St. Louis Lambert International Airport
OBO is committed to working with small businesses within the transportation industry fostering transportation related opportunities to small businesses, which assist with growth, development and sustainability. OBO works with small businesses within the St. Louis Metropolitan Statistical area and various firms located throughout the United States.
The Office of Business Opportunities (OBO) administers the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Programs, sets the agency’s overall three (3) year DBE and ACDBE goals, performs compliance monitoring and enforcement on federally assisted contracts and City of St. Louis funded procurements, establishes and monitors the City of St. Louis Living Wage and provides various educational and informational outreach services to the small business community.
OBO focus is on creating an environment conducive for small businesses to successfully compete for transportation contracts and related opportunities.
