Becoming an Airport Authorized Signatory (Initial Course)
THERE WILL BE NO NEW SIGNATORY CLASSES UNTIL DECEMBER AFTER THE MANDATORY REFRESHER CLASSES ARE COMPLETED.
**YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE AIRPORT BADGE BEFORE YOU CAN TAKE SIGNATORY TRAINING**
Authorized Signatory classes are held in the Joanne Wayne Conference room located next to the Security Operations and Badging offices. The class is usually about an hour long.
Please ensure you have a blue or black pen to write with.
A current Authorized Signatory with your company/department (or your sponsoring company/airport department, if you are the first Signatory for your company) must authorize your registration, if you do not list the name of a current signatory to verify your reservation, your reservation will not be accepted.
If you need to reschedule or are unable to attend, you MUST notify the instructor beforehand at lrcapkovic@flystl.com or it will count as a no show.

The Makeup session for this years Authorized Signatory Refresher is going to be held on: Thursday December 12th, 2024 at 10:00am on the B concourse.
If you missed your refresher class or did not sign up for a refresher, you can sign up with the form below for the makeup class.

Please sign up below for a session of the 2024 Authorized Signatory Refresher course.
There will be six classes held from November 4th, 2024 through November 15th, 2024 at either 10:00am or 3:00pm.
All of the classes will be held in the Joanne Wayne Conference Room located next to Security Operations and Badging.
If you are unable to attend one of these sessions, you MUST reach out to the instructor via email to discuss alternate options.
If you do not either sign up for a session, or reach out to the instructor for alternate options, your privileges as a Signatory will be revoked and you will have to attend a new Initial training session at a later date.
